Impressed with the dealership & Arran sales exec who dealt with us. All the staff at the dealership are very friendly & welcoming. Never once felt pressurised. I felt they listened to what I had to say & got me the best deal on the vehicle I wanted & within the budget I had set. Although they are part of the Vantage group the service I received, I felt, was more like the service a customer would expect to get from a small family owned business, they listened, they compromised & at the end of the day both parties were satisfied with the outcome. Im a very satisfied customer & wouldnt hesitate to recommend Kia Vantage Scarborough to anyone (so impressed were asking them to help find my other half a new car)

Picked up car yesterday a non franchise model and secondhand and have to say the whole process was a pleasure from negotiating a price for my car to picking this one up.The car was presented very well on pickup a big thanks to the valets.Chris the sales guy was pleasant and went though a full explanation of all the controls, was very knowledgable about the car and the deal without been pushy always gave the impression that we were the most important part of the deal, so big thanks Chris.Would have given five stars if the car had more petrol in at pickup.All said and done I would definitely recommend this dealership.Regards Mark
