spoke to the rudest woman on Saturday gave her the post code and address her reply was that means nothing to me, once she put the effort in to find the address I didn't even get a thanks or goodbye she just slammed the phone down.... really shocked by how rude and abrupt she was, the driver was lovely as well it's a shame really
Very rude just rang up for a taxi and after I had said what was the price which I thought was very expensive she was very rude and hung up on me very rude woman and bad company
Took ages to answer the phone woman was rude and short seemed as if she was upset that I was taking her time pretty off putting
Have used this taxi firm for over twenty years and in the last year the prices on the most basic of journeys has been absolutely extortionate! We are not made of money stop being so greedy an extra 1 then 50p here 50p there come on please give this some serious thought if you're not to busy counting your money.It's only common sense to say if you go with large profit you sell less if you go for a small profit and you'll sell alot more and make more money in the long run.Im one type of person but some folk simply can't afford these prices this is Scarborough not London.
