Very impressive staff all around and really obliging.
We recently purchased a Skoda Karoq from this garage and were amazed my the high level of customer service which we received. For a start they were noticeably better priced than other Skoda dealers we saw. Another surprise for us was how friendly and down to earth the salesman were. Actually the opposite of what we expected which in turn actually works best for all parties involved in a vehicle sale. Shall definitely be returning and would strongly recommend if your looking for a Skoda. 10 out of 10 guys! Michael Johnson.

We didn't end up buying in the end due to the car delivery date being postponed and we couldn't wait that long. But the salesman we dealt with was lovely not pushy in any way so would recommend.
Served by a salesman that clearly had no experience within the car industry or customer service, we spent most of the time sat by ourselves, he had to ask his manager for everything. I always thought the polite thing to do would be to offer a customer a drink when they are waiting around like this.... apparently not! We were told that the new model we were interested in was available and then his manager told him it would be 3-4 months. He then finally came back to offer us 1500 less in part exchange than we buy any car! Very poor service but on a positive we went to SEAT further down the road and received a much higher price for our car and totally different class of service!
