shocking, took my car in for its service. Its a lease car through VW Uk. Des Winks were not offering the deal when we were looking for the car so had to lease elsewhere(which they have made known they are unhappy about, constantly mentioning the fact if we have ever called regarding a problem with the car). My car is set up for conditional servicing, yet yesterday they changed it to yearly, upon questioning this they have changed the oil service but have still put in a service for 1 years time for something else. So we now have to take it back again to be changed back to what it should be.Very underhand. How many people do not notice and are having to pay for more work than is required.*the service manager stated the free offer was a mistake.
