The worst car dealer I have dealt with in over 25 years of motoring. Bought a used Honda Jazz in March 2018. Car needed four new coil packs and a new battery within 6 weeks and less than 1000 miles. Total 620. Not covered by used car warranty. No problem I thought, the car was bought from Marshall Honda Scarborough, a Honda main dealer, backed by the Marshall Group. Surely they would help, especially as the faults arose so soon after buying the car. After endless phone calls from me (they never, ever call you back!) I was offered 100, and told thats all Im going to get, as they are a business. So lets be clear, you are there just to make money, the customer clearly comes second. So, after nearly 6 months of this, I am still waiting for my 100, when you should really doing the right thing and making a decent contribution to the repairs. Not expecting a reply from you, as you have never bothered in the past. But please feel free to.
