Lovely meal with family including our 7-year-old. Staff were excellent, welcoming and knowledgeable. Food was very well cooked and of good quality. Decent wine and beer selection. Lovely decor and feel to the whole place.
Went for a meal for my birthday. Ate in the bar because we had my mother's dog with us but it was still very lovely. Traditional British country pub style but just a bit nicer than average. Food was delicious and the service was very good. Our main server was a local girl who did a brilliant job and was very friendly, told us a bit about the area with the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. Everything was spot on. Just sorry we were only in the area such a short time. We know where to go next time we visit anyway. Would recommend.
