My friend & i from near Staffs are staying here till tomorrow . We would like to thank ALL the staff for their professionalism and efficiency last night when a fire broke out here. They were calm, caring and ensured everyone was safe during the speedy evacuation. A huge thank you to Scarborough Fire Brigade for keeping everyone safe and dealing very quickly with the incident. Stayed here for 2017 Whitby Goth Weekend great hotel for Scarborough town centre clean comfortable near McDonald's. Had a great time would come again.
Love it every time we stay! Nice staff, decent rooms and breakfast nice too. Will go again this year. Pay and display parking across the road make sure you check the prices but reasonable for 24 hours etch but usually free at premier inn but no on site parking. Not a problem but just for information
Wonderful place would highly recommend this hotel. Attached pub has superb food.
Excellent value hotel very well situated. Front rooms can be noisy if you like the windows open. Staff friendly and efficient. Room more than adequate. Breakfast absolutely superb and great for gluten free!
