Customer service is second to none I tell you.
Very poor service! Three times we were told they would phone back about our enquiries concerning delivery of our furniture. Not once did they call, we had to keep calling them. Then when we did receive our sofas the scatter cushions were missing even though the salesman told us they were part of the suite, even asking us what colour we wanted. When we questioned this we were told this is not part of the suite and would look into why the salesman told us this and phone us back. Guess what no call back. We love our sofas and we have bought several items of furniture over the years but after this experience never again and I would not recommend them to anyone else.
Excellent retailer and very reliable. I bought two divan beds, king and a super King size, excellent quality. They delivered the beds in an agreed time of one week. The super king bed frame broke, unfortunately, after a week due to a knot in the wooden frame. I contacted them and with out any delay they took the details and replaced it. I am very happy with their service and they are very friendly. I definitely recommend them as they are very reliable.
