Overall the service is very good and nice quality for most budgets. I have done 9 kitchens now and compared against those from others, also tried dealing with most of the competition these are nice people not always getting it 100 per cent right but a very competitive offering and if they don't have it in stock will try to find it nearby within the same day or 2. The reps and designers have time for you and are not pushy. Tradespeople rate them well on quality and convenience when bits are missing etc.
Bought a kitchen 2 years ago and the cupboards are peeling. The men were rude and the quality substandard. I would not recommend them.
