Nothing but good experiences at this surgery. They are so efficient and caring. No hesitation in recommending.
Delays every time. Rude. Pretty much every time see a different doctor. Completely useless. No compassion just over paid so called doctors that use the net for the answers but wont do anything to actually help. I can do that from home. Complete waste of time. Going to be changing surgery now. Disgusting service and a complete joke. Go else where, had good doctors else where, but changed as we moved to the area. Regretting it now.
Have been with this surgery for 3 years and they never fail to disappoint. I have been let down at every appointment ..From being checked in by a receptionist who "Made a mistake" and I sat for over an hour waiting to see the doctor ...To waiting 15 days for an appointment after telling the receptionist of my serious symptoms... To spending an hour trying to get through to the surgery for pain medication after said serious symptoms resulted in surgery ..and never getting through! At my recent appointment I made a double appointment as I had a couple of issues to discuss..I saw a doctor I had never met before after waiting for 40 minutes after my appointment time! He was shocked that I had more than one thing to point out and was rushing me through busy googling my symptoms rather than listening to what I was asking...I was in there a total of 4 minutes and was sent to make an appointment for blood tests..in a weeks time!! I don't visit the doctors on a regular basis probably once a year usually but this surgery fails me at every visit.
Only 1 good doctor, the rest are useless. Registering with different surgery, and can't wait to move from this area.
It is more than a year that i am registered in this GP with my family, so far so good; But today, the end of september 2016, i waited more than 30 minutes to enter in the room 4, i state that when i arrived in total including me we were 3 patients in the waiting room and certainly there was not a single gp but at least 3-4.So i can say that this medical group lately is badly organized and there is not a supervisor who controls these doctors with little experience, and maybe they do expect their patients for to talk on the phone with some friends.
