Absolute useless at completing requests, take too long and dont bother to ring back for any updates.
We have always had, and continue to receive, excellent all-round service from Dr Guest and her team.

I got problems with my eyes i rand the surgery today to try to make appointmant for tomorrow. The only answer i got is you need to ring tomorrow at 8 am. They dont care people are working. I am working as a carer and i have a call when i have to seee client at this time. Got glaucoma and my vision went sadenly worse from one day to another. I am so dissapointed with this sirgery and there attitude. Would not recomend it to anybody!!!!
