Stranded in Scarborough! Fast Good value Friendly and professional serviceAfter a weekend away when setting off home we came to find our car was in limp mode. Not only was this on a Sunday, but our MOT had expired preventing recovery from collecting us. I called Scarborough Car Tech first thing on the Monday morning, and spoke with Steve who was helpful and professional. We were able to drop the car off with SCT at 0900 and had been given a diagnostic and quote for the work required by 1100. All the work was carried out and and MOT completed and we were on our way home by 1500. The speed and service was fantastic and I was very pleased with the work that was carried out. If I was unfortunate enough to find myself in similar circumstances again I wouldnt hesitate to use SCT again! Thanks to all the guys that worked on our car and helped us get back home.
I have been a regular here for a number of years. Credit to steve and adrian. I sent family and friends here constantly. However after my m.o.t today and being spoken to today sworn at and told quote " pay your bill get ur car and dont come back" one mechanic has absolutely no ppl skills. After that my wife went back later only to be swore at in front of my children too by said mechanic. " i did however manage to claim back an apology on his behalf from adrian credit to adrian on his expertise and customer service. Please feel free to make your own mind up. Without said mechanic it would be 5 star and better review
