Think twice before buying a holiday home here.Once talked into this temptation they got you hook,line and sinker.Bought a beautiful static caravan here and we adored it,unfortunately the management have no respect for you after the sale.Plot fees and running costs are astronomical.

Bit chilly in the caravan but it is November but once under the quilt nice and warm, everything so far seems fab, great entertainment. Team, love madness and mayhem 2nd time back this year, prices not to bad meals so far as we took the half board option all good.would recommend
All I can say is that people must be extremely easily pleased. I'm really not a moaner and will always leave good reviews where due but really not impressed with this. Stayed at other parkdean resorts and enjoyed but 1st night here and could honestly go home now.
An excellent caravan holiday park. Well suited for daily excursions into north Yorkshire or just to stay near the park and enjoy the facilities. Good base for coastal walks.Several nearby pubs offering good food and beer. Friendly, helpful staff too.
