Really impressed by the standard of service I received as my situation at the time (living 80+ miles away) meant the majority of correspondence was via phone and e-mail. Jo showed my family members the property and we sorted everything out whilst being miles apart which the ladies in the office (Lea and another Jo at the time) made very easy for me, I felt completely looked after and really appreciated the extra week they held the property for me.
