I've used John for several years and would not consider anyone else now. I've always found John to be prompt, courteous extremely knowledgeable and very fairly priced. John is friendly yet professional.Should anyone take note of todays date they would indeed see it is Christmas Eve. I woke at 6am to a cold house with a faulty boiler. I messaged John immediately hoping to hear from him later in the morning. I was surprised and relieved to receive a reply from John at 6:40am.He arranged to come to my home that afternoon which i feel was outstanding and i could not have asked for a better service.At 8:30 am John contacted to tell me he felt confident he had diagnosed the fault and could be at my home with a replacement sensor within 15 minutes if that was convenient for me.As expected John arrived 15 minutes later. He explained to me that he believed the fault to be a sensor, which he would replace with a new one.By 9:15 my boiler was repaired and John left wishing myself and my family a happy Christmas.As always I feel John has gone above and beyond for my family. I recommend to all my friends and family and to anyone reading this review to use John Wood. I don't believe he would disappoint you.5 stars very well deserved.
John recently installed a brand new boiler in my house. He arrived on time and did an excellent job removing the old boiler and installing a new Vaillant boiler. It looks good and he left no mess. Would highly recommend his services and will use for any plumbing needs.
I cant recommend John highly enough. He recently installed a new boiler and full central heating system in my home. He was professional, reliable, honest and went above and beyond in every aspect of his work. Im delighted with the quality of his work and the after care service. You will not find any tradesmen better than John. Definitely 5 stars!
John fitted a new electric central heating as we are not on the gas grid. He planned it all for us and we felt very confident in his work . The finished product is excellent and works really well.
