My mum needed more medication whilst unexpectedly staying in Scarborough for longer. Her GP was able to send her prescription across but the pharmacy didn't have all the medication she needed. Because of this they rang around other pharmacies in Scarborough to see where there was some available. One of the staff members even walked to the other pharmacy to collect the medication for our convenience. Really helpful.
Apalling customer service .Messed up my prescription after waiting for almost 7 days for delivery.Then brought wrong product then told i had to pay again for correct product.Then on delivery day was told 4pm and now still waiting at 5:30 after ringing chemist 5 times .Avoid !!
