Unbelievable fish and chips. I've eaten my fair share of this beautiful delicacy and in all my years I've never experienced satisfaction like this. I am proud to put a stamp of excellency on this fine establishment!
One of the take away fish meals I've honestly ever had. The haddock was stunningly fresh, the batter was just perfect, and the homemade mushy peas were just like those from my best family chip shop family/childhood memories! To top it, the team very obviously care about their standards - the place is immaculate, including fantastic customer service. I would honestly travel back across the country to have another one of their meals! Don't waste your time guessing which chip shop to go in Scarborough, I promise you won't be disappointed.
Always busy so be prepared for a little wait but that's because they are so good. Don't miss the mushy peas, I've never had better. Always fresh and big Yorkshire portions. Nothing negative to say about north bay.
Lovely fish & chips shop. Would highly recommend the fish cakes. But don't bother going in n asking for large fish as they never seem to have any. Part from that really lovely food.
