A great place for personal training, well thought out routines, not only very good training on the day, but also great routines for when your not at the Empire, Chris certainly listened to my preferences etc. and created a routine spot on for me, he's great on ensuring correct form, diet coaching is spot as well. A good fair price & after 6 sessions I can already tell / see the results.
Great place to go if your looking for a challenge! The Gym has good equipment with normal people exercising there. Prices are good for the services they provide. Friendly place and good work out plans. If your looking to build up your fitness I would recommend Empire Fitness.
