I booked Kevin because his reviews where so lovely to read and I am so glad I did. He was brilliant from the beginning. Helpful, supportive and friendly. Everything was done prompt and professorially but with compassion throughout. Kevin went above and beyond. It was nice to be updated in regards to my dad and was lovely to see how well he was looked after. I cannot thank him enough and his staff on the day.
