Wasted journey all the way from Bridlington to pick up reserved item only to be told they havent got it!! Annoyed is not the word
Ordered 3 items on Thursday. One of which was to be picked up on Sunday We asked the assistant if we could pick them all up on Sunday, she confirmed that this would be OK When we arrived at argos on the Sunday one item had been sold and was not available in any other store. Very poor customer relations
Really good, we order something about 20-15 minutes before we picked it up and when we arrived there it was waiting for us to just sign for it the staff are friendly and helpful. The jewellery is nice there but the colour on it doesn't last and they aren't usually big sizes in stock
Really helpful staff and fast service. Manager even honoured an offer which ended the day before I got there. Top notch.
