Very pleasant staff
I will not be using this company again ! I went for a check up 6 months ago everything seemed fine they were insistent that i come back in 6 months for another check up, an appointment was booked. After having to travel over 45 miles for my appointment i reach the entrance door and there is a notice saying they are closed due to a "training day". Very unhappy at this moment !I rang them a couple of days later to explain how unhappy i am however the male receptionist was rude and did not seem to care or imagine himself in my situation. He said they tried to call a landline 3 times, to which i replied i do not even have a landline. They clearly had not updated their customer records., He seemed to think that i should have assumed they had the wrong contact details when i questioned him why they had a landline. I WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS DENTAL PRACTICE !
I had a tooth extracted today. What a lovely dentist Marzena is (also reassuring and virtually painfree). I have found the receptionists helpful and professional. I went here scared of dental treatment...but will return in a much happier frame of mind. Thankyouxx
Rubbish. Went for a check up like always and apparently everything was ok after 3 weeks I had to go back with awful pain the tooth was that bad it wasn't worth saving. Well they attempt to try save it cleaned it put filling in after 2 months I went back because it start aching again then I found out the tooth wasn't cleaned properly in the first place and it was in such a bad shape that it wasn't worth saving. Not even mention absolutely miserable and rude receptionist. I'm not going back there ever again.
Rubbish. When I first went to them with a cracked tooth I was told they would try fill it and if it held it would be crowned. If it didn't hold it would be bridged. It didn't hold and my tooth completely cracked off. And now they tell me that I now can't have a bridge and I must pay privately for that. They were very abrasive when I reminded them of the first offer of a bride too.
