Ive been buying online from MM since 2016, and am yet to have a problem; their prices are quite reasonable (especially during sales) and the delivery times have always met expectations. As Ive always been happy with my purchases, I havent had to return anything, which is probably just as well reading some of the other reviews! Looks like this needs some work, and its the reason why Im not giving them the full five stars.

I ordered items just before my holiday I intended to return the unwanted items. order 2996725. Never arrived at my work place its a local authorities premises fully covered by cctv I made a complaint that the order was not received I was told that if we order from Mainline Menswear we are in a joint contact with the Royal Mail. the company does not care if i didnt receive the order they only care about the money. i would have never have ordered if I had known that. i am now out of pocket by 205.00 they believe the Royal Mail when they said they delivered correctly no one has seen or heard of the person that signed for the parcel I even reported the matter to the police the company still refused to refund my money I didnt fill that the investigation of the matter was done with care and skill I fill disheartened that I have been buying from the company over the years then how I have been treated by the customer service I hate to see people loose money so please reconsider before purchasing from them they are a small company the set up is unstable and unprofessional I am considering going to a small claim court to recover my money
Went with my son as he was looking for a Stone Island jumper. Kids have more money than sense nowadays!! Nicely laid out shop, stacks of designer brand for the brainwashed youth !
This company is a rip off. I ordered a jacket for next day delivery to get a text from the courier to tell me it will be delivered 4 days after order. Spoke to customer services to be told I paid for a quicker service that doesn't mean you get next day if expected on a Friday you have to pay more for Saturday/Sunday so next day is the Monday total con I will not be ordering from these fraudsters again the trade and standards agency need to look into this company.
