Went in today to follow up a telephone enquiry from this morning.I needed to double check that the vehicle I wanted to book for July was suitable in size and height for my friend, who is a wheelchair user.Nothing was too much bother for the staff. We asked if we could see a specific model (an estate car) and a member of staff disappeared off to bring one over for us. Having checked that the boot space would take luggage and the wheelchair and that transfer between car and chair was straight forward we made the booking.Staff were friendly, chatty and helpful and the car was clean inside and out. The lass on the reception desk even mentioned that she'd noted that we needed that specific model in case bookings were jiggled nearer the time.I'm looking forward to our holiday confident that the car we've booked is suitable for myself, my children and my friend.
This is the second year I have used Beerhouse Scarborough on a regular basis. The vans are alway emaculate when you pick them up. Natalie and the team are a credit to the company, nothing is any trouble at all. Other rental companies that boost their customer service is second to none fall a long way short in my opinion. Great team work peeps, keep it up.
