Took my bike in to get a new gear set / drive train. I received an excellent level of service. Staff went over and above what I expected to not only fix the bike but explain the individual problems. Would fully recommend this independent store and will be returning in future.
What a shop, To say that the issues they have had with the lights and yet they still manage to deal with it in such a professional way. And they are a LOCAL independent store too. If you want great quality outdoors kit or fantastic bikes then you MUST visit them. Don't be put off by the lighting from the outside, once you are inside the lighting is more than adequate and the products are all great.
Visited the store on to get some advice on an issue with my bike, they fixed it withing minutes after anotger local bike shop told me they didn't know what brake pads my bike needed. It turns out it didn't need new pads the brakes just needed bleeding.A full basic bike service done in 20 minutes, fantastic team and a very capable cycle workshop.
Visited today and I've never had service like it, the staff are great and really know their stuff. Not to mention the demo area for testing out boots before you buy them. By far the best experience I have had when buying clothing.
