Dirty filthy health hazard plasters galore in outside pool area and loads of flies in outside pool needs a good clean or net put through the water. Inside area clean slides good apart from having to carry heavy rubber rings up loads of flights of stairs. Overpriced food and drinks. Shame cause it could be nice although too expensive for entry and don't try to speak to manager she is rude and not interested in the customers
Outside pools had loads of flies leaves in grids around edges along with numerous plasters health hazard as pool had just opened when I arrived so presumably had been there at least 24hrs if not longer. Food overpriced drinks even more you are given 50pound spending limit on each adult wristband and 20 on a child's so could cost you an extra 140 per visit per family of 4 indoor pool cold and you have to carry very heavy dinghys up numerous flights of stairs manager rude and needs to go on a customer service course would not recommend shame cause could be really good if better managed and cleaned
Good value for the swimming, but food & drinks prices high. Parking free despite lots of pay & display signs. Usual selection of indoor & outdoor pools, flumes & slides & some fun stuff for the toddlers.
Visited on a Monday in early January. The place was quiet and parking was readily available. The setup is neat with each swimmer given a wrist band that activates the lockers and can be used to pay for food and drink on site - the bill settled at the end of your visit. One out door pool was closed hence 4 stars. The other outdoor pool was excellent and nice and warm on a cold winter's day. Wave pool was good fun. Only did one slide - the cresta run - it was great fun. Will definitely be coming back.
Probably the best water park in UK! At least I didn't attend any better for now. Brilliant sea view, brilliant hot pools.
